This data is processed solely to respond to your business inquiry, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in handling professional requests.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It is accessible to authorised staff of NMB GROUP and to our technical processors acting on our behalf: our e-mail delivery provider (Resend), our content-management system for storing inquiries, and our hosting provider. Access is strictly limited to what is necessary.
Transfers outside the EU
Our servers are hosted within the European Union. If a processor processes data outside the European Economic Area, such transfer is covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business relationship, then deleted.
