Privacy policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This policy describes what personal data NMB GROUP SRL collects through this website, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

The data controller is NMB GROUP SRL, Avenue Louise 209 Bte A7, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

Data we collect

Through the quote-request form we collect the data you provide: name, company, business e-mail, phone (optional), distribution channel, estimated volume (optional) and message. For site security, our servers also record technical data (IP address, timestamp) used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to respond to your commercial inquiry and to manage the professional relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in handling professional inquiries; your consent is collected when you submit the form. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the site. The form's required fields are necessary to handle your request; without them we cannot respond. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It is accessible to authorised staff of NMB GROUP and to our technical processors acting on our behalf: our e-mail delivery provider (Resend), our content-management system for storing inquiries, and our hosting provider. Access is strictly limited to what is necessary.

Transfers outside the EU

Our servers are hosted within the European Union. If a processor processes data outside the European Economic Area, such transfer is covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Retention period

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the commercial relationship, then for a reasonable follow-up period of about 24 months after the last contact, before being deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, see our data-request page or write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Access to inquiries is restricted to authorised staff.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies by default. Any audience measurement is subject to your prior consent. To learn more, see our cookie policy.
